Nonchalant is an American rapper from Washington DC,she was signed to MCA records and released her debut song 5 O'Clock in 1996.
The song was an instant hit which went on to reach no 20 on billboard Hot 100 and was later certified Gold for selling over 500 thousand copies in the US.
